Has been redesigned since I last went there quite some time ago, and now operates a 2 level track, still relatively short but much better than the old track. There was some quite noticeable differences between the karts, I didn't come across a bad kart just wildly different grip levels that required different driving styles each time.
We had 8 people competing in a mini grand prix so that was 4 rounds each with 4 karts in each round. I think we did 5 laps in each round and then a 15 lap final involving all of us. It does go very quickly, no sooner have you got your crash helmet off after a race, you're being called for the next one.
In all we were there for about an hour and a half and cost £36 per person. I don't think it's an unreasonable amount but I don't think it would be high up in the value for money tracks, especially considering what an outdoor open endurance costs these days.
